The hourly rate we charge for our services is set by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), the Australian government organisation that is responsible for managing the NDIS. Plan Managed
If you are plan managed, we will require the details of the plan manager that your funding is distributed through as well as your NDIS number and billing information. We will communicate directly with both your plan manager and support coordinator (and any other relevant health professionals) to ensure we are playing our role as a part of your support team in the most effective way possible
Self Managed
If you are self managed you will be able to pay for your appointments using your funding. All required paperwork and invoices will be provided to for your own records and to supply to the NDIA. If at any point you require account statements or appointment records we will be more than happy to provide these.
